	Chris Hulen, D.D.S., is an engineering graduate from Purdue University, and a graduate of the Indiana University School of Dentistry. He is currently working on his FAGD, Fellowship Academy of General Dentistry certification. Lisa Hulen, D. D. S., graduated from the Indiana University School of Dentistry as well, and together, Chris and Lisa opened their practice in 1996. They are the proud parents of two wonderful sons.

	Danielle is certified in Radiology & Expanded Duties Dental Assisting with 13 years experience. She is married with two adorable daughters, and enjoys camping, scrapbooking and family time.

	Kim is a Tipton native, the youngest of 6 children. She married her high school sweetheart, and together they have two children and one granddaughter. Kim graduated from IUPUI School of Dentistry where she obtained her Expanded Duties Dental Assisting degree, and has been in dentistry for 18 years. She is a Worship leader at her church, and active in Relay for Life. She enjoys cooking, singing and family time, especially with her granddaughter!

	Chanelle graduated from Hamilton Heights High School and worked for 3 years as a Certified Dental Assistant in Pediatric Dentistry. She went to IUPUI for four years, and then was accepted into the IU School of Dentistry, Dental Hygiene program. She graduated as a Dental Hygienist and has worked at Hulen Family Dentistry since 2000. She is an active member of ADHA, American Dental Hygiene Association, and is married, with two daughters. She cherishes her family time and enjoys decorating their new home.

	Tammi is a graduate of Eastern High School and the IU School of Dentistry, and has worked as a Registered Dental Hygienist for 13 years. She has been with Hulen Family Dentistry since August of 2003. In her spare time, she runs the Pence family taxi service for her three children's various activities, and loves every minute of it!

	Lori is a graduate of the IU School of Dentistry, and works part-time with Hulen Family Dentistry, and part-time with Dr. Wolfe in Kokomo. She lives in Kokomo and married with two daughters. Lori is active with Crossroads Community Church, enjoys candy-making and being a Mary Kay beauty consultant.

	Wanda joined Hulen Family Dentistry in May of 2004 as a Hygiene Coordinator, and she brings 25 years of dentistry experience to the practice. She's a resident of Kokomo, and is married with a son and daughter. She cherishes her family time, and loves to garden and spend time outside.

	Donna joined Hulen Family Dentistry in April of 2001 as the Schedule Coordinator. She's a native of Logansport, where she worked as a Dental Assistant. She attended IU Kokomo, and relocated to Tipton with her husband in 1985. They have a son and a daughter, and she enjoys reading, shopping, travelling, and their son's sporting events.
